KUWAIT: Zain Kuwait, the country’s leading digital innovator in collaboration with ZainTECH, the integrated digital solutions provider of Zain Group, and Microsoft, have launched Microsoft 365 Bundles and Managed Services, an integrated offering designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Kuwait shift to more secure, modern and AI-enabled ways of working locally and across the region. This collaboration will expand across other Zain markets in due course.
The announcement was made as part of Zain’s sponsorship of the second edition of the NEXUS Exhibition 2025, Kuwait’s premier technology and innovation event, held at The Arena Kuwait, where global leaders, startups, and change makers gathered under one roof to explore the future of AI, FinTech, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. The new bundles combine Microsoft 365 Business and Enterprise licenses, including Copilot add-ons, with ZainTECH’s end-to-end managed services. Delivered directly by Zain as a single trusted provider, the service provides SMEs a practical and cost-efficient way to upgrade their workplace tools, improve collaboration, and strengthen governance. These bundles include Microsoft licenses and managed services only, with no connectivity requirements. This rollout reinforces Zain Group’s long-term investment in workplace modernization, cloud adoption, and AI-ready digital infrastructure. It also marks a significant milestone in the Zain–ZainTECH–Microsoft partnership, strengthening a shared commitment to supporting organizations and governments as they enhance security, modernize operations and adopt intelligent digital tools.
