KUWAIT: First Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef Saud Al-Sabah attended on Monday the graduation ceremony of the 14th batch of female police officers, comprising 171 graduates, including 132 lieutenants, 31 warrant officers and eight sergeants. In a speech delivered on the occasion, Sheikh Fahad congratulated the graduates on joining the ranks of the security institution, emphasizing that their new roles represent both honor and a significant responsibility requiring discipline, commitment and a strong sense of duty.
He called on the officers to serve as role models in dedication and professionalism, to prioritize the nation’s interest and to embody the values they pledged in their oath. The minister highlighted the importance of continuous personal and professional development to meet evolving security challenges and wished the graduates success in their duties. He prayed for the continued security and stability of Kuwait under the leadership of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
The ceremony included the reading of the ministerial decision and the announcement of graduates’ results by Acting Director of the Women’s Police Institute Colonel Adhari Al-Rifai. Major Fahad Al-Dughji served as master of ceremonies, while Colonel Iman Boland, Assistant Director General of the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Administrative Affairs at the Women’s Police Institute, delivered a speech.
The graduates then took the oath of loyalty, administered by Lieutenant Colonel Fatima Anbar. The names of outstanding students were announced by Lieutenant Colonel Fatima Dashti, and certificates were presented by Lieutenant Colonel Dalal Al-Rajhi. The event was attended by Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Major General Ali Al-Adwani and senior security officials from the ministry. — KUNA
