KUWAIT: In line with its strong belief that human capital is its greatest asset, and as part of its unwavering commitment to building a national workforce able to keep pace with the rapid changes in the banking sector, National Bank of Kuwait announced launching the ninth cohort of its leading High-Fliers Program for developing young leaders, in collaboration with IE Business School.
The program, which spans a challenging and innovative period of six months, exposes participants to six comprehensive training modules covering the latest leadership and business world topics, including leadership skills, modern marketing trends, intelligent negotiation, change and innovation management, building a culture of excellence, performance measurement and management, effective communication and strategic thinking.
The NBK High-Fliers Program is not limited to training; rather, it is an intensive journey that aims to create banking leaders capable of facing the future with confidence and competence and an innovation lab that reflects the spirit of competition and creativity, where participants work in teams to provide innovative solutions for current banking challenges. The winning team will be selected at the end of the program by a panel that consists of the bank’s Executive Management and representatives from IE Business School.
