KUWAIT: The Public Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) on Monday organized a training course to prepare certified trainers as part of the “Adaa” project, aimed at strengthening codes of conduct in government agencies. Seven government entities took part in the program. Yasmine Al-Sharhan, Civil Society Cooperation Monitor at Nazaha, said in a press statement that the course focuses on three main pillars designed to protect government institutions from corruption.
She explained that the project supports the Civil Service Bureau’s 2021 vision to safeguard institutions against corruption risks and promote integrity. Al-Sharhan noted that preparing certified trainers comes within the framework of the project’s “Silver” phase, which emphasizes launching awareness programs for employees. The course covers topics such as codes of conduct, corporate communication for awareness, employee engagement, change management and performance measurement.
