KUWAIT: Social Affairs Minister Dr Amthal Al-Huwailah kicked off the new year with a field tour of several ministry departments on Sunday, checking their readiness and reviewing operational plans. Speaking after the visit, Al-Huwailah said the tour reflects a hands-on approach to oversight, aimed at ensuring departments are prepared to meet strategic goals.
“The tour was an opportunity hear employees’ observations and suggestions directly, which helps remove obstacles, improve services for visitors and achieve the ministry’s objectives,” she added. The minister emphasized the importance of professional discipline and teamwork. “Field presence and continuous evaluation will remain a consistent approach to ensure the quality of social services provided to beneficiaries,” she said. Al-Huwailah noted that the coming period requires doubling efforts and accelerating progress to meet the expectations of the political leadership and serve the public interest. — KUNA
