RIYADH: Kuwait’s pavilion at Riyadh Boulevard attracted a significant number of visitors, who came to admire its heritage-inspired design, modeled on the old gate that symbolizes authenticity and reflects the essence of traditional Kuwaiti architecture. The pavilion highlights iconic Kuwaiti landmarks, including the Kuwait Towers, a renowned cultural and architectural symbol, and incorporates design elements reminiscent of the heritage style of Souq Al-Mubarakiya.
It also features the Clock Tower at Seif Palace and historical gates that were part of the third Kuwait City wall. Inside the pavilion, Kuwaiti shops display local products, perfumes, clothing, and sweets, complemented by live performances celebrating Kuwaiti heritage and folk arts. The pavilion’s participation in Riyadh Season 2025 events underscores the longstanding ties between Kuwait and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and reinforces cultural and tourism cooperation between the two brotherly nations.— KUNA
