KUWAIT: Guild, the professional student club from the Department of English Language and Literature at the College of Arts, Kuwait University, visited the offices of Kuwait Times and Kuwait News on Wednesday to get an inside look at how news is created and delivered.
Guild is the official professional student club for students specializing in linguistics, literature and translation at Kuwait University. The club provides a supportive academic environment where students can develop their skills, engage in research activities, and connect with peers who share similar academic and professional interests.

During the visit to Kuwait Times and Kuwait News, students explored multiple aspects of newsroom operations, including the editorial process, digital media studio, social media department, newspaper funding and the printing and distribution of newspapers. They observed firsthand how editors, reporters and production teams collaborate to develop stories, engage audiences and ensure timely delivery of news content.
