OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma City Thunder guard Nikola Topic has been diagnosed with testicular cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy.Sam Presti, the team’s general manager, announced the diagnosis on Thursday.Topic had a testicular procedure earlier in the month.
