Paramount Skydance is launching a hostile bid to buy Warner Bros. Discovery after it lost out to Netflix in a monthslong bidding war for the legacy assets, the company said Monday. INRIX, a transportation analytics company, released its 2025 Global Traffic Scorecard, ranking the most congested cities in America. To determine the ranking, the company measured changes in average peak-period travel times from 2023 through Q3 of 2025.The report found that the typical U.S. driver lost 49 hours to traffic congestion, an 11% increase from 2024.
