KUWAIT: A group of Arab ambassadors to Kuwait visited the Dar Mariam Museum in the Al-Salam area on Sunday, where they were received by renowned Kuwaiti artist and sculptor Sami Mohammed, the museum’s founder and owner. The museum houses over 1,000 artworks, including sculptures and a diverse collection of paintings. Sami Mohammed welcomed the ambassadors and expressed his pleasure at their distinguished visit.
He guided them through the museum’s three floors, each featuring sculptures and paintings that convey unique messages and themes inspired by historical, political, social, and cultural events, reflecting the artistic vision of the acclaimed Kuwaiti sculptor. The visiting ambassadors expressed their delight at the enriching tour and admiration for the displayed works. They also extended their best wishes to Sami Mohammed for continued creativity and excellence, noting that his artistic contributions play a significant role in enhancing Kuwait’s cultural and artistic presence in the Arab world and beyond.
