KUWAIT: His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, held official talks on Sunday at Bayan Palace with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the distinguished fraternal relations between Kuwait and Qatar, as well as ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation across various fields. The discussions aimed at reinforcing the deep-rooted ties between the two brotherly peoples and advancing their shared aspirations for further development and prosperity. The meeting also addressed the latest developments on regional and international issues of mutual concern.
The Kuwaiti delegation included Head of the Prime Minister’s Office Abdulaziz Dakheel Al-Dakheel, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Undersecretary of the Prime Minister’s Office Sheikh Khalid Mohammed Al-Khaled Al-Sabah, and Assistant Foreign Minister for Gulf Cooperation Council Affairs Ambassador Najib Abdulrahman Al-Bader.
The Qatari delegation comprised Minister of Commerce and Industry Sheikh Faisal bin Thani Al Thani, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi and Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the State of Kuwait Ali bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud. — KUNA
