KUWAIT: Minister of Education Jalal Al-Tabtabaei met with Undersecretary of the National Guard, Lieutenant General Hamad Al-Barjas, and his accompanying delegation to discuss prospects for collaboration on educational and awareness initiatives for students. In a press release, the Ministry of Education said the meeting reflects the commitment of both institutions to unify efforts and strengthen national partnerships, aiming to positively impact the educational process and enhance students’ behavioral and educational development.
During the discussions, several proposals were reviewed, including the development of joint programs to improve students’ life skills, organization of awareness-raising field visits to schools, and specialized programs for students with behavioral challenges. These initiatives are designed to correct and rehabilitate behavior according to structured educational principles and within approved educational frameworks. Both parties emphasized the importance of jointly studying these proposals and establishing mechanisms for their implementation to serve students’ best interests, promote national values, and foster behavioral discipline within the framework of institutional cooperation between educational and security bodies. — KUNA
