KUWAIT: Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi affirmed the importance of highlighting tourism projects in Kuwait and strengthening coordination and cooperation among the concerned bodies to achieve the desired goals.
Chairing the supreme tourism committee meeting on Sunday, Al-Mutairi stressed that organizing and presenting these projects must meet all requirements, and that information about them should be clearly available to all members of Kuwaiti society, residents and visitors — including the locations of events, their timings and registration methods — to ensure a complete and accessible presentation.
Al-Mutairi noted that coordination meetings address observations raised by project owners or relevant government bodies responsible for organizing events. These remarks are reviewed to develop and adjust the projects by all concerned parties, which reflects the value of such coordination meetings. During the meeting, a number of proposed winter events and activities were reviewed, along with their implementation mechanisms and plans to feature them on the “Visit Kuwait” platform and promote them effectively. — KUNA
