KUWAIT: Students from the American Creativity Academy (ACA) visited the Kuwait Times and Kuwait News offices this week for an educational tour offering a behind-the-scenes look at how news is produced in a modern multimedia newsroom. During the visit, students met with members of the editorial team and social media department, where they were introduced to the full newspaper production process from gathering information and verifying facts to editing stories and publishing them across print and digital platforms. The teams also explained the workflow behind the viral social media videos.

As part of the tour, students visited the newspapers’ archive room, where they learned about Kuwait’s media history and explored past issues dating back decades. The experience offered them a unique perspective on how journalism has evolved and how archival material continues to play a crucial role in documenting national history. The tour concluded with a fun and interactive video, as students joined content creator Dhoha Alissa in filming a special game video for the newspapers’ social media platforms.
