The group will join the club’s official Supporters Board, ensuring the voices of fans of all cultures, faiths and ethnicities are represented and have a meaningful say at the highest level of fan engagement.
The establishment of cultuRED reflects LFC’s ongoing dedication – via its award-winning Red Together programme – to continue to foster a welcoming environment for all fans, regardless of background, identity or lived experience.
cultuRED aims to grow the message of togetherness alongside the club and its fan base regardless of location; shape and educate what Liverpool means as a club and a city; and enhance supporter understanding of cultures outside of their own.
It will also aim to foster meaningful relationships and build genuine representation for groups that may feel visible yet unheard and create a space where every voice is valued and included.
cultuRED is made up of 14 people from a wide variety of backgrounds across the diverse cultural spectrum, and will work collaboratively with existing supporter representatives, club leadership and community stakeholders.
cultuRED founder Harinder Singh said: “On behalf of cultuRED, I’d like to thank the club for such acknowledgement. In this day and age, our fan base reflects the richness of diversity and we see the support the club gets the world over.
“We want to connect with all groups and backgrounds. We won’t exist in a bubble, our organisation ensures these vital communities have a meaningful voice and presence.”
