KUWAIT: The Ministry of Social Affairs launched on Sunday the national campaign “This Is Your Turn” from Al-Mazroui Café on the northwest beach of Sulaibikhat. The campaign, which runs until December 3, has attracted wide participation from government and private entities, as well as volunteer teams. Its objective is to promote cleanliness, protect the environment, and foster an aware and engaged society committed to enhancing quality of life.
Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Affairs Dr Amthal Al-Huwailah emphasized that “This Is Your Turn” is not merely a temporary initiative but a continuous national message urging every individual to contribute actively and make a tangible difference in their surroundings. She highlighted that responsibility for environmental stewardship does not rest on a single entity, but on the community as a whole, and noted that the campaign is the result of dedicated efforts by the ministry’s volunteer teams.
